Where the heck did June go? I can’t believe it’s time for another fic roundup already.
This month’s total: seven drabbles and an 1,800-word fic in my Starting Over ’verse. Looking back, I’m surprised at how many different SPN characters I used in my drabbles: Sam, Dean, Bobby, Ellen, Missouri, and Ash. It’s rare for me to write Ellen, and I don’t think I wrote Ash or Missouri before. (Or at least, I can’t readily recall using them.) But I had fun working with Ellen, Missouri, and Ash in these drabbles, particularly Ellen.

This month’s total: seven drabbles and an 1,800-word fic in my Starting Over ’verse. May was a drabble-only month. I wanted to write something longer -- I even started a five-times fic -- but the muse insisted on 100-word pieces only. So, I wrote eight drabbles, some humorous and some dark. Looking back on them, I think I prefer the darker ones, in particular "A Promise Kept" and "Forever Yours."
